Payments are processed twice a month: On the 5th and 18th of each month. To be included in the payment cycle, your invoice must be submitted on time. KeNIC operates on a standard payment cycle of 30 days upon receipt of a valid invoice and delivery confirmation. If your terms require upfront payment (without an LPO), ensure that these terms are clearly communicated and agreed upon before any goods or services are rendered.
